2. Data processing for contract processing, contacting and when opening a customer account

3. Data processing for the purpose of shipping

For the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

4. Data processing for payment processing

For the processing of payments in our online shop, we work together with these partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP address will not be combined with other Google data. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on the processing of orders by Google.

Google Ads

For advertising purposes in the Google search results and on the websites of third parties, the so-called Google Ads is used when you visit our website. Google Remarketing Cookie is set, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information and information about your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and on the basis of the pages you visit. 7.2 Use of Facebook services

Use of Facebook Pixel

Facebook Analytics

In the context of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activity on our website are created from the data collected with the Facebook Pixel about your use of our website. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Facebook. Their analysis is used for the optimal presentation and marketing of our website.

Facebook Ads

Via Facebook Ads, we advertise this website on Facebook as well as on other platforms. We determine the parameters of each advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the exact implementation, in particular the decision & about the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO. The joint responsibility is limited to the collection of the data and its transmission to Facebook Ireland. subsequent data processing by Facebook Ireland is not covered by this.

On the basis of the statistics generated via Facebook Pixel about visitor activity on our website, we run group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group. Facebook acts as our processor in the context of the extended data matching process (see above) that takes place to determine the relevant target group.

On the basis of the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook Pixel and the data collected about your usage behaviour on our website, we operate remarketing personalised advertising via Facebook Pixel.

Through Facebook Pixel Conversions, we measure your subsequent usage behaviour for web analytics and event tracking when you have reached our website via an ad from Facebook Ads. The data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Facebook.

7.3 Other providers of web analysis and online marketing services

Use of Matomo as a software solution for web analysis

For the purpose of website analysis, data is collected using the Matomo software of the InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information on your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. The pseudonymised usage profiles are not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without your explicit consent. Data processing by Matomo takes place on our servers.

Use of Vimeo video plugin to integrate third-party content

To integrate third-party content, Vimeo video plugins are used via the video plugin from Vimeo LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA ("Vimeo"), data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected, transmitted to Vimeo and subsequently processed by Vimeo. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement between jointly responsible parties pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO. Google Analytics is automatically integrated in the Vimeo video plugin. The information automatically collected by Google about your use of our website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Your IP address is shortened before being stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymisation. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We have no influence or access to the data processing by Vimeo, including the settings and results of Google Analytics. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. 8.Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any ratings collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after they have placed an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which are overriding in the context of a balancing of interests. The trust badge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne. When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. Individual access data are stored in a security database for the analysis of security anomalies. The log files are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after creation.

Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for use. The contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered for product use is automatically checked using a neutral parameter, the email address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order in each case and the transactional evaluation services pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Social buttons from social networks are used on our website.
