General terms and conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

2. The contract of sale is concluded with ReeFlexx GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.

When the contract with us is concluded depends on the method of payment you have chosen:

Prepayment
We accept your order by sending an acceptance declaration in a separate e-mail within two days, in which we will provide you with our bank details.

Credit card via PayOne, direct debit via PayOne
We accept your order by sending an acceptance notice in a separate e-mail or by delivering the goods within two days.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank, where you confirm the payment instruction to your bank. This concludes the contract with us.

Paydirekt
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt, where you confirm the payment instruction to paydirekt. After placing the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon even before completing the ordering process in our online shop. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected to our online shop where you can complete the order process. After you have placed your order, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.

4.Terms of delivery

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

Prepayment
If you select the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card via PayOne
In cooperation with the online provider PayOne, we offer you the credit card as a payment option. With the submission of the order, you provide your credit card details and we assign our claim to PayOne. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically immediately after receipt of the goods and your card will be charged by PayOne.

Direct debit via PayOne
With the submission of the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). With the submission of the SEPA direct debit mandate, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction via the online provider PayOne. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The account will be debited after you have received the goods. The period for advance notice of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification period) is 1 day.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of your bank. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, prove your identity accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Paydirekt
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an online banking account activated for participation in paydirekt, be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Immediately after the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by paydirekt. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and legitimise yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected to our online shop where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing the order, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Sending a complaint or contacting us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory law on liability for defects applies. Information on any applicable additional warranties and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, limb or health
; • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in the event of warranty promises, insofar as agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely; (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
